We offer a 30-day Return & Refund window from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and original packaging intact.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.
- Items must not be stained, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Certain hygiene-sensitive products (such as innerwear or hijab caps) may not be eligible for return due to health reasons.

4. Refund Process

5. Cancellation Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or design, please return the item and place a new order separately.
